Gemstone images may vary slightly from the physical item due to natural optical properties. Certificates from accredited labs (GIA, GRS, AGL) are the authoritative reference.

Pricing All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the final price. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrectly listed prices due to technical error.

Orders A binding order is only confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failure, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Gemstone Treatment Disclosure All known treatments (heat, fracture filling, oiling, etc.) are disclosed on product pages and certificates. Untreated gemstones are explicitly labelled as such.
