Returns Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unaltered condition with all original packaging and gemstone certificates included.

Non-Returnable Items Custom-cut or bespoke gemstones, items that have been set into jewellery after delivery, worn or altered items, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return Email info@msgemstone.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 2 business days. Do not ship items back without an RMA.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrectly sent or defective. All returns must be sent via insured, tracked courier.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 business days), approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges Exchanges on eligible items are accepted within 14 days, subject to availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
